Resources for Businesses

• If your business has been impacted by the storms and/or flooding events, we recommend visiting the Small Business Association on information on low interest disaster loan assistance. The Agency of Commerce and Community Development also has Flood Recovery Resources on their website.  

• Another great resource for businesses is the Disaster Recovery Guide For Business put out by Vermont Small Business Development Center after Hurricane Irene.  

• The Northeastern Vermont Development Association (NVDA) is providing resources for area businesses here. 

• The Vermont Small Business Law Center serves as an advisory resource for businesses.

• Business Emergency Gap Assistance Program (for flood impacted businesses) 

• Additionally, impacted businesses are recommended to seek support via local networks, including the following: 

  • The Main Street Flood Recovery Fund has reopened following storms and flooding in summer 2024. Additional details and how to apply may be found here.
